Stan Odenthal
Stan’s education and work experience has focused primarily on workforce development, public policy and administrative law.  He has a strong passion for public service and has held several high level and executive level positions within state government. In these positions, he worked extensively in areas of state and federal law developing an ability to push through the government red tape and get things done.


Stan is originally from northern Utah and has three children. He enjoys playing tennis, watching movies, and loves binge-watching tv shows on way too many streaming services

Economic Development Consultant


Linda has spent most of her career working for economic development groups at the state and local level. Prior to retiring, she was the Targeted Industries/Talent Manager at the Nebraska Department of Economic Development where she helped to oversee the Greater Nebraska One-Stop-Operator contract.


LInda previously held the position of Executive Director at Phelps County Development Corp and South Central Bethphage. She studied at the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

Kelsey Miller
Workforce Development Consultant
Kelsey has over 10 years of experience in workforce development. She is an Accounts Manager at Wilkinson Development and has previously held the position of Administrator of Workforce Services for the Nebraska Department of Labor. She has had oversight of multiple federally-funded programs at the state and local level, including having administrative oversight of the Greater Nebraska Workforce Development Board.
Kelsey started her career as a Workforce Coordinator with training programs funded under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), she later served as the Regional Workforce Manager overseeing the work of three Nebraska Department of Labor offices before taking on more responsibility. Kelsey has a B.A. in Sociology and from Kansas State University and is a proud Wildcat.
Steve Odenthal
Technology Consultant
A wide and varied IT career in government as well as the private sector providing new technologies and solutions and innovating business operations at the project level and into the C-level suites of management has prepared Steve to lead effectively and deliver results. Whether prototyping new scheduling resources and water management software to the Bear River Watershed as it serviced Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming, or implementing DirecTV satellite content to rolling stock in long-distance trucking fleets across the US establishing the EpicVue brand, no project presents too diverse a challenge.
Steve is a founding member of Travel Plaza TV, a company which delivered Digital Advertising nationwide by providing the largest network of screens in continuous use across the U.S. Still in the digital signage field with SupermarketTV, he revived a floundering network, tripled the footprint while boosting uptime from 67% to 98.7%. In a twelve-year career as IT Director at Flying J Communications he specialized in leading projects improving the quality of life for long-haul drivers involved in the Transportation industry. Among the products he developed and teams he lead there were the GoSmart cell phone offering on the Sprint network, and a nationwide WiFi subscription offering at 800 locations.  
During a government career at the Department of Treasury, Steve led projects to Automate Underreporter and non-filer segments, as well as prototyping special projects and initiatives as mandated by National Office. His project team presented their Oracle database solution for backup of massively large repositories in San Francisco during the Oracle World Conference.
