Two recent reports which were developed for the Workforce Alliance of South Central Kansas.
This strategic plan was developed for the Workforce Solutions Southeast Texas.

Strategic Planning/Website Development/Training Curriculum
- 2020 – Contracted with Workforce Solutions Southeast Texas for Workforce Board Strategic Planning Process and Development.
- 2020 – Contracted with Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development for grant development and writing for an H-1B One Workforce grant proposal. Facilitating conversations to develop additional levels of manufacturing training curriculum for the Lincoln Manufacturing Council.
- 2020 – The Workforce Alliance Local Workforce Development Board and The Odenthal Group have partnered on a strategic planning process that will lead to the creation of a new two-year strategic plan. This plan will help guide the projects, operations, and initiatives of the board. It will also help better create new programs, enhance services to customers, and improve existing partnerships.
- 2019-2020 – Development and updates to the workforceKO website. This site is dedicated to connecting individuals working in economic development, education, and workforce development to help improve collaboration training, and data-driven decision making.
- 2020 – Development of workforceKO training courses focused on workforce development, including creating tailored on-demand training and professional development opportunities for workforce development board members, administrators, and service providers.
- 2020 – Development of the Skills for Careers website. This Nebraska nonprofit is focused on building communities through better skill training. The website features tools aimed to to help small business growth, as well as provide support to workforce development professionals.
- 2019 – Development of the Odenthal Law, LLC websites in English and Spanish. These websites are used by a Missouri-based law firm that practices in the area of administrative law. The site features and integrated appointment setting tool for virtual meetings.

- $4.4 million, 2014, Job-Driven National Emergency Grant to the Nebraska Department of Labor (Lead Writer and Developer). Focus areas: Advanced Manufacturing,Transportation, Distribution and Logistics. Awardee: Nebraska Department of Labor. Grant Partners: Nebraska Department of Education Career and Technical Education, Nebraska Department of Economic Development.
- $9.2 million, 2014, H-1B Ready to Work Partnership Grant (Lead Writer and Developer). Focus Areas: Careers and Partnerships in Information Technology. Awardee: Nebraska Department of Labor. Grant Partners: University of Nebraska Omaha, Metropolitan Community College, and multiple private employers.
- $3.6 million, 2015, Career Pathway Advancement Project (Collaborator and Contributing Writer), Focus Areas: Information Technology, Health Care, Advanced Manufacturing, Transportation Distribution and Logistics. Awardee: Nebraska Vocational Rehabilitation. Grant Partners: Nebraska Department of Labor.
- $200,000, 2016, ApprenticeshipUSA State Accelerator Grant (Lead Writer and Developer). Focus Area: General Apprenticeship development with an emphasis on technology-based apprenticeship. Awardee: Nebraska Department of Labor.

$2.7 million, 2018, Trade and Economic Transition Dislocated Worker Grant (Lead Writer and Developer). Focus Area: Implementing innovative skills instruction, customized training, Registered Apprenticeship programs, and career services for individuals who are seeking reemployment in various high demand fields as a result of changes in workforce needs or from economic changes across multiple sectors.
- $600,000, 2018, Pathways to STEM Apprenticeship Grant (Collaborating writer and budget developer). Focus Area: Developing a competency-based computer science Registered Apprenticeship model in rural northeast Nebraska. Nebraska Department of Education was the lead applicant with partnerships in place with Northeast Community College, Nebraska Department of Labor, and Nebraska Educational Unit #2 (multiple high schools throughout northeast Nebraska).
- $2.0 million, 2019 Disaster Recover National Dislocated Worker Grant (Lead Writer and Budget Developer). The funding assists with the assessment of workforce needs in response to storms and flooding that affected more than three quarters of the state in March 2019.

$840,000, 2019. Apprenticeship Expansion Grant (Lead Writer and Budget Developer) The grant covers a three year period and will allow NDOL to assist businesses with new program development and enroll 400 additional apprentices statewide.
